Processing Time

Standard Orders: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Pre-Order or Backorder Items: Processing times for pre-orders or backordered items will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Business Days: Our processing times are based on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Free Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on European Union orders and in International orders over 150 euros. This offer applies to standard shipping only and does not include expedited shipping options.

Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Customs and Import Duties

When ordering from Salix for delivery ouside the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Order Issues

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it:
