  • What is the weight capacity?
    Despite its lightweight design, the Air Hammock can support up to 395 lbs / 180kg.
  • Do I need to order straps for my hammock?
    NO, the AirHammock is an all-in-one set, it means you have everything in one ultra compact, light and beautifully desing package ;-)
  • Where can I hang my Air Hammock from?
    Basically from any 2 strong points that are between 3 and 5 meters away (9´10" - 16´5"), examples Two trees Walls* Posts Beams Two points on the ceiling* A hammock stand Etc * Check that the anchor point is strong enough to hold the weight. You also have the option of combining different mounting points, for example hanging your Air Hammock between a tree and a post.
  • How much does the Air Hammock weigh?
    The Air Hammock weighs just 230grs (8oz) for the hammock itself, 385g (13.5oz) for the whole set, making it the world's lightest all-in-one hammock.
  • How compact is it when packed?
    When packed, the Air Hammock compresses to the size of a standard soda can, 13x9cm / 5.1x3.5 in, making it incredibly easy to carry in any backpack or even a pocket.
  • Is it waterproof?
    Yes, the Air Hammock is fully water-resistant. Its high-tech waterproof material repels water, ensuring your resting space stays dry in any environment.
  • What materials is it made from?
    The Air Hammock is made from recycled diamond ripstop nylon (hammock body), recycled 40D ripstop nylon with waterproof coating (carry bag), high-density nylon straps that are tree-friendly and ultra-strong and anodized aluminum carabiners.
  • Where is my package?
    Once your order is packed, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have not received a shipping confirmation, please also check your spam folder.
  • What is your return policy?
    We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your Air Hammock, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
  • Why are there loops on the sides and ends of the AirHammock?
    The 8 gear loops around the perimeter of Air Hammock work as gear attachment points - perfect for clipping on headlamps, strap bag, mosquito nets and other lightweight accessories.
